Mumbai Style Vada Pav step by step
- Mix all Ingrediants of chutney and grind it mix salt in it.
- Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil add chopped onion green saute it add masala aalu and chopped Coriander leaf mix it nicely off the flame and cool it completely.
- In a bowl add gram flour salt red chily powder turmeric powder baking soda mix it add water to make battr.
- Make balls of aalu mixture deep it in gram flour mixture and the fry it.
- First apply butter in buns now chutney in both aide of buns and put Vada in bet the buns.
