- First we will drain the water from the Moong Dal and in pressure cooker add the moong dal and 1/4 cup water and salt to taste.Pressure cook the Moong Dal for 2 whistle and turn off the flame. Once the cooker cool down,we will drain the extra water from dal if it is..
- Now till the cooker cool down,take a bowl and add wheat flour,oil and salt and make a dough like a roti and keep it aside..
- Heat a small pan with oil on medium flame, add the ginger, garlic green chilli and saute for 1 minute and add chopped onion and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it become soft..
