Majjiga Pulusu/Masala Kadhi/Mor Kuzhambu/Buttermilk Tadka instructions
- Blend nicely butter milk in mixer and keep it aside..
- Take all the dry ingredients in mixer pot and make fine powder. Add chopped green chilli,ginger chopped, chopped tomatoes into this mixture and make fine paste.Add fresh coconut also and grind to paste.Add salt to taste..
- Mix this ground paste to butter milk in a saucepan and put this on stove and allow it to boil..
- Once it boils,remove from flame..
- Heat oil in small tadka pan and put mustard seeds, carom seeds, red chilli and hing and curry leaves and add pinch of tumeric.Fry little and mix this tadka to butter milk and mix well..
- Garnish with corainder leaves and serve with hot khichdi or plain rice..
