- Prepare 1/2 litre of full fat milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of crystallized sugar (rock candy).
- Prepare 1 of big pinch of saffron strands soak in 1 tbsp hot milk.
- It's 2 tbsp of badam,pista, elachi powder(homemade).
- It's of Pistachio flakes for garnish.

- Soak saffron strands in hot milk for 5 mins,grind to smooth paste in marble handgrinder..
- Pour milk in thick bottom vessel,add crystallized sugar, saffron-milk mixture,badam-pista- elachi powder and keep on low flame to boil, stirring continuously,so it doesn't stick to the bottom of vessel..
- Boil for 5 mins... stirring continuously..
- Serve/ Relish Hot Kesari Badam Pista Milk.. garnishing with pistachio flakes..
