Masala vada pav instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker boil potatoes till 4 pressure..
  2. When done, remove skin and mashed potatoes with masher..
  3. In a non stick pan crackle rai, then add green chilli paste..
  4. Saute for few seconds, now add all spices, salt..
  5. Add mashed potatoes and mix well..
  6. Remove from heat and Keep aside..
  7. When cool make small round shaped balls..
  8. In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder..
  9. Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using sufficient water. Dip balls in batter and fry in hot oil till golden colour appear..
  10. Now take pav and cut from middle, apply butter, green chutney, tomato sauce and put vada, press with pav.
  11. In non stick Pan heat 1 tablespoon of butter and soute onion till transparent..
  12. Saute tomatoes till soft..
  13. Add Schezwan sauce some salt and 1 tbsp water..
  14. Cook on high flame for 2 minute..
  15. Add vada pav, and cook for 1 minute on high flame..
  16. Apply all masala over vada pav.
  17. Switch off the flame and serve hot with tea..
