Masala vada pav instructions
- In a pressure cooker boil potatoes till 4 pressure..
- When done, remove skin and mashed potatoes with masher..
- In a non stick pan crackle rai, then add green chilli paste..

- Add mashed potatoes and mix well..

- In non stick Pan heat 1 tablespoon of butter and soute onion till transparent..
- Saute tomatoes till soft..
- Add Schezwan sauce some salt and 1 tbsp water..
- Cook on high flame for 2 minute..
- Add vada pav, and cook for 1 minute on high flame..
