- It's 250 grms of boiled basmati rice.
- It's 1 cup of spinach chopped.
- You need 2 of green chilles.
- It's 2 tbsp of mint leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- It's 1 of grated carrot.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- It's 5 of cashewnuts.

- It's 1 tbsp of garam masala powder or pulao masala.
- You need 1/4 tsp of green and orange food colour.

Tiranga pulao step by step
- 1)For white rice.
- Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add zeera when zeera starts to crackle add green cardmom, kaju, green chilli chopped fry fr a minute, next add salt and boiled rice.
- Mix well and cook on low flame.
- Now ur white rice is ready. Keep aside.
- 2) for orange rice.
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil.
- Add cardmom, pepper, and cloves, ginger paste and grated carrot.
- Fry for a minute.
- Next add red chilli powder, pinch orange colour.
- Add boiled rice, salt and garam masala powder.
- Cook for 2mins on low flame.
- Now ur orange rice is ready. Keep aside.
- 3) For green rice.
- Blanch spinach once it cools add spinach and 1green chilli,mint leaves in mixer grinder and make puree.
- Heat oil in a pan,.
- Add cardmom, pepper cinnamon and cloves.
- Next ginger paste, spinach puree cook for 2 mins.
- Next add boiled rice,salt green colour, garam masala powder,coriander leaves mix everything well.
- Cook for 2 mins on low flame.
- Now ur green rice is ready. Keep aside.
- For garnishing : take steel round tin and lay orange colour rice for first layer next add white rice lastly green rice.
