  7. It's to taste of Salt, chilli powder.

  12. You need 2-3 tsp of Coriander powder.

Inside out vada pav step by step

  1. Cut bread slices into 4 equal parts..remove brown corner from it. Heat a pan..add refined oil..crackle the mustard seeds, heeng, add curry leaves, coriander powder, chilli powder, haldi powder..Mix them all nicely then add boiled potatoes..salt. Amchur powder, fresh coriander leaves &cook for 5-7 mins. On medium flame. Let the potatoes cool down. meanwhile prepare the batter of gram flour by adding salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, lemon juice &water..
  2. Keep the batter for 15-20 mins.take a pc of bread apply green chutney on it & cover it with another pc of bread. Prepare all other pcs like this. Heat & grease tava with Desi ghee & cook bread pcs from both sides. Now make 2 balls from potatoes.flatten each.Place cook bread pcs on 1 flatten potatoes mixture cover it with another potatoes mixture & give a shape of tikki. Cover nicely the bread pcs.now dip these Tikkis in gram flour batter and deep fry them till golden brown.serve it with ketchup.
