Ingredients of Kesari Modak
- Prepare 2 cups of Rice flour.
- You need 2 cups of water.
- Prepare 3 tsp of desighee.
- You need pinch of salt.
- It's 1 pc of Fresh grated coconut.
- Prepare 1 cup of grated gur.
- You need half of tsp cardamom powder.
- Prepare as needed of kesar colour.
Kesari Modak step by step
- Take a wok add water,then water boil add desighee,salt and rice flour mix well and make a dough..
- Take a pan add grated coconut roast add gur,elachi mix well saute and dry mixture..
- Then take a rice dough make a smooth dough and make a small balls..
- Take a rice ball flatten in your hand and fill coconut mixture and seal them..
- Take a modak mould and set in rice ball and press them..
- Take a vessel add 2 glass of water,then water boil put chalni and arrange modak cover with lid..
- Modak steamed for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes modaks are ready..
