- Prepare 1 tbsp of coarsely crushed coriander seeds and fennel seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of hing.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- You need 2 tbsp of Ragi flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of Bajra flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of Besan.

- Finely chop all the green veggies and mix them together.
- To it add finely chopped onions, ginger and green chilli.
- Now add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, hing and salt.
- Mix the mixture properly and keep it aside..
- Knead soft dough by mixing all the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Take ball size dough. Roll it a little and fill the mixture to it and seal it properly.
- Now roll the paratha of your desire size..
- Heat up the pan and start roasting the Paratha by applying oil in both the side.
- Roast it till it become brown from both the side..
- Enjoy it with butter or boondi raita..
