- Soaked the rice for atleast 1 /2hrs.
- Take a thick bottom pan add ghee heat for a min add strain rice Stir for 5 min..
- Now add Boiled milk Stir continueously after 10 min add makhana Stir well.cook till the rice is 1/4 done..
- Stir time to time.now add sugar at this stage Stir co tinuosly add cardmom powder, Nuts and saffron threads. Turn off the flame..
