  3. In a large kadai boil water keep the flame on low add in roasted suji stir continuously till the rava absorbs water and no lumps are formed..
  4. Add sugar,keeping the flame on low stir well till the sugar dissolves..
  5. Add saffron water or kesari food colour,also add 1/4 cup ghee and stir continuously..
  6. Make sure the mixture is combined well,cover and simmer for 2 minutes or till rava gets cooked well..
  7. Add roasted cashews,raisins cardamom powder mix well..
  8. Serve hot.
