- Prepare of very finely grated cabbage.
- You need of onion grated.
- You need of refined flour.

- Take a mixing bowl and mix grated cabbage, onion and ginger..
- Take refine flour add salt and 2 tsp refine oil. Now make a dough of it. Let it rest for 10 mins.

- Take a ball of dough and make roti by using dry refine flour. Now in the centre add a drop of ghee and then sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on it. Now place the cabbage mixture on roti in a triangle shape. Now fold it in triangle shape. Use a rolling pin and slightly roll it..
