- Prepare of Wheat flour or all purpose flour (maida).
- You need of Nutrella.
- It's of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's of onions.
- Prepare of Lemon.
- It's of Mango powder (aamchur).
- It's of Oil as per need.
Nutrella paratha instructions
- Knead the flour(maida) or you can also use wheat flour as per ur choice in a bowl and keep it aside for at least 15 min. Add salt and chilli according to ur need in the flour..
- Grind the onion in a mixer..
- Boil the Nutella (soya chunks) in a cooker. Remove the water by squeezing the boiled Nutella in a sieve..
- Now take a pan. Put 5-6 small tbsp of oil. Heat it. Put ginger garlic paste and now add onion paste. Add salt and red chilli as per your taste..
- When the paste becomes golden brown add boiled soya chunks and mix it properly until the mixture turns brown in colour. Now put the flame and add lemon and dried mango powder..
- Now make a roti and put this mixture in half of the portion and fold another half over it as shown..
- Enjoy this paratha. You will surely love it. I used here wheat flour but you can also use maida. It tastes yummy. Enjoy with curd, chutney or sauce..
