- Take a pan add milk boil it on medium flame for 10-12min then wash the rice and put it in milk and on medium cook it till it completely cooked..
- When it completely cooked turn off the flame then add sugar, cardamom powder and pistachio mix it well and keep it aside for 5min,then serve it..
- Take a cooker add daal then add 1cup water, turmeric powder and salt cook till 4-5 whistle then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool..
- Open the cover seive it then grinned it in fine paste..
- Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add cumin seeds saute then add paste fry for 5-10min..
- Keep it aside to cool completely..
- Check the dough knead it once again then make ball from the mixture then stuff daal in it then bind it and flatten it..
- Take a pan add oil then fry all the puri till it golden brown..
