- Prepare 1 bowl of semolina.
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp of pure ghee.
- Prepare 1 bowl of sugar.
- You need 1 tbsp of milk.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of mixed dry fruits.
- Prepare Pinch of saffron.

- Take a non-stick pan,add ghee and semolina in it..
- Roast them until nice aroma comes out from it on medium flame..
- Take milk and soak pinch of saffron in it keep aside..
- When semolina roast and turn into light golden in colour.now add sugar,water,food colour and soaked saffron as well stir continuously to avoid forming lumps..
- Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits mix well..
- Garnish with fried dry fruits.....
