Vada Pav instructions

  1. In a bowl mix Potatoes, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Mustard seeds, Red chilli powder, Salt, Chat masala and Lemon juice. Now make small balls from potatoes. Keep aside..
  2. Prepare batter : Take besan in a bowl. Add salt, Red chilli powder, ajwain, turmeric powder and mix it. Add water and make thick batter like pakorda batter..
  3. Heat oil in kadai. Take potato balls and dip them one by one in the batter and deep fry them till golden..
  4. For vada pav chutney : Dry roast garlic, dry red chilli and coconut powder separately. Cool it and add in mixer jar. Add salt and cumin powder. Grind it. Do not add water. Chutney is ready..
  5. Take pav cut them from center. Take bottom half of pav, spread vada chutney on it and then keep vada and then close it with another half pav..
