  2. You need of Cheeni (Sugar) 2 Cups or to taste Pani (Water) 1 Cup Lemon juice few drops.

  4. You need of Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups.

  8. It's 1/4 tsp of Namak (Salt).

  10. You need of Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs (room temperature).
  11. It's of Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required.
  12. You need of Ghee for frying Pista (Pistachio) for garnishing.

  4. Take a small dough,make a ball and with the help of the thumb press from the center. In wok,add ghee and let it melt,fry dough on low flame for 20-25 minutes. After frying,add bhalo shahi in warm sugar syrup (sheera) and leave them for 10-15 minutes and take out in a serving plate..
