  1. Wash the rice and moong dal and put it in pressure cooker to boi. Note that you need to add to extra water for boiling.
  2. Wait for atleast 3-4 whistles for the rice to bowl.
  3. Take a big pan and add ghee to it..
  4. Add cashew, jeera, pepper, green chilly, di patta, adadequate salt as per your need. Saute it well.
  5. After 2-3 mins, add the rice. Mix it well. Serve it hot.
  6. Wait for atleast 3-4 whistles for the rice to bowl.
  7. Take a big pan and add ghee to it..
