Ingredients of Kheer Rice
- It's 1 bowl of Basmati Rice(optional any Rice).
- It's 750 ml of Milk.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- You need as needed of Dry fruits.
- Prepare 2 tsp of choti elachi (cardamom)powder.
- It's 1 of bay leaf.
- It's 2 tsp of Ghee.
Kheer Rice step by step
- Firstly wash and soak Rice for atleast 5 hrs,than in a big Sepri put Milk to boil, put Rice and cover the Sepri for 10 minutes till it's half done then put tezpatta,add Sugar, Elachi powder for few minutes.
- Lastly fry dry fruits in a Pan bt putting little Ghee and fry for few minutes, put rice kheer mixture then put 2tsp Ghee over kheer mixture and serve with hot Puri(kalimirch).
