  1. Wash and soak the rice and moong dal in a vessel for about 15 minutes..
  2. Take a kadaai, keep it on medium heat. Add 2 tbsps of ghee, and add only the soaked rice and moong dal, discard the water..

  13. Take this off the heat and serve it piping hot..
