- Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 1 of Jada Rava.

Pomfret Fry Konkani Style step by step
- Slit pomfret from side and give a slight cuts on top from both side. Side cut will help to hold stuffing and top cut with help to obsorb marination inside..
- 1st Marination- make a paste of ginger garlic and coriander. Mix this paste with lemon Juice, salt and turmeric. And marinate this for an hour..
- As marination is getting done make another paste with coconut. In fresh coconut add green chilli coriander and salt only for coconut mixture. And grind it for fine paste. Do not add any water. Let ut be little dry..
- After one hour fill this coconut mixture to all slits, especially middle slit. And again keep it for 10-15 mins..
- To make dry mixture, mix rice flour, rava, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder together. Once all matination is done apply this coating to all sides of fish. Gently press it and shallow fry it from both sides. Do not turn fish unless its cook from each side. It will loose coating..
