  3. For chutney... dry roast all ingredients of chutney separately & blend it.... believe me its very yumm & beautiful in colour. slit all chillies & deep fry for a while & keep aside.
  4. Now in a bowl take besan add red chilli pwd, salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, pinch hing & pinch baking soda. make semi thick batter with water.
  5. Now make aalu dough & take ball from it & dip in besan batter & deep fry till golden brown..
  6. Now take a pav & slit it, sprinkle 1tsp chutney decorate vada & fried chilli n enjoy hot & spicy vada pav.
