  1. Roast sooji with little ghee till it turns golden and nice aroma comes..
  2. Fry cashew and kismis in little ghee..
  3. Add in a saucepan sugar with 3 cups of water and mix well. Put it on flame and allow it to boil.Then add roasted sooji and cook for 10 mins.Then add cashew,kismis and elaichi powder..
  4. Cook till it thickens and leave the side of saucepan. Add little ghee..
  5. Make the balls of the halwa /prasadam..
  6. In a bowl mix urad flour and rice flour with enough water and pinch of salt till it comes to dosa batter consistency.keep it aside for half an hour..
  7. Add one ball each time to the batter,dip, roll it in the batter and put it in the oil for deep fry.Do not disturb for few seconds,then stir gently for even frying.Don’t be harsh they might break and stuffing will come out messing up the oil.Repeat this with the remaining balls also..
  8. Serve them..
