Ingredients of Murmura Laddoo

  1. You need 1 cup of Jaggery.
  2. You need 4 cup of murmura.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ghee.
  4. You need 1 tsp of cardamom powder (optional).

Murmura Laddoo instructions

  1. Keep a thick bottom pan on medium flame. Add ghee and jaggery. Let jaggery turn into syrup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take a small bowl of water add jaggery syrup it should turn into ball..that means it is ready. Roast Murmura for 5 minutes on low flame till it turns crispy..
  2. Lower the flame and add Murmura little by little and keep mixing. Turn off the flame and start making small size Laddoo. You can store it in airtight container for 1 week..
