- You need 1/2 cup of Rice.
- You need of Yellow Moong dal 1/4 th cup.
- It's of Jeggary / gud 1 and 1/2 cup.
- You need of Water.
- It's 1-2 tablespoon of Mixed Whole cashew nuts, almond and Raisins.
- Prepare of Cardamom powder 1/4 th teaspoon.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Ghee.

- Ingredients.
- Dry roast dal and rice on low heat till changes colour and Crisp.
- Remove from heat and wash with water.
- Saute dry fruits in ghee and keep aside.
- Now pressure cook rotated dal and rice in sufficient water for 2 to 3 whistles.
- Now add jeggary and cardamom powder.
- Add some water to adjust consistency and cook well till everything gets properly mixed and homogeneous.
- Garnish with fried dry fruits and serve hot or cold.. it tastes equally yum.
