- Sab se Pehle dal ko 3,4 hours ke liye soak kre. drain kre or Phir paste bna le. Agar jarurt ho to thoda pani add kre. Paste thin nhi honi cahiye. ( agar apko paste thin lage than aap thoda besan bhi add kar sakte hain.
- Ab is mixture mein chopped dhaniya, salt,jeera,kasturi methi,chopped green chillies add kare. Mix it well.
- Ab oil garam kijiye.is mixture se Vadas bnaye by making hole in the center with the help of your thumb.
