- Take 1 cup of milk powder (i used nido powder) add 1 tbspn of maida,1/2 of baking powder,pinch of cardamom powder mix all togther now add 1 tbspn of clarified butter and 1 egg (make sure egg and butter should be at room temperature) mix well and form a dough!make small balls out of it and fry it in oil on a medium flame till golden brown in colour! Now direct drop those fried jamuns in chashni and close the lid let it cool dwn completly, ready to serve 🤩😋.
