Ingredients of Rice Kheer
- It's 1/4 cup of Rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's 6 glasses of milk.
- It's 1 tbsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 10 of Almonds.
Rice Kheer step by step
- Firstly Wash rice and soak for 14 minutes and then drain excess water..
- In the heavy bottom pan boil the milk and stir continuously and add rice in it and mix well for 25 to 30 minutes till it becomes smooth..
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and almonds in the last and mix thoroughly..
- Now Kheer is ready, I prefer to serve it chilled by putting Kheer in the fridge for 2 hours before serving it, yummy delicious sweet dish is ready..
