  2. You need 1 of Apple small.

  5. It's 1 cup of Cream or homemade fresh malai.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of Jaggery powder heaped.
  7. You need 1 of Green chilli finely chopped.
  8. It's 10 strands of Kesar.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of Oregano.

  1. Boil pasta in water with 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt until tender.Drain and wash them in cool water..
  2. Soak Kesar in hot milk for half an hour..
  3. Take curd and mix boiled pasta and keep it for 4 hours as it is.That way pasta will get marinated and curd will become little sour..
  4. Chop apple very fine. Mix chopped apple,pomegranate seeds,jaggery and cream into Pasta content with fork until everything is coated..
  5. Mix green chillies and Kesar milk..
  6. Toss very well.Place pasta bowl into fridge..
  7. Serve in Indian kulhad. Sprinkle oregano..
