- Prepare 1 cup of Pasta.
- You need 1 of Apple small.
- It's 1/2 cup of Pomegranate.
- It's 1/2 cup of Curd.
- It's 1 cup of Cream or homemade fresh malai.
- It's 1 tbsp of Jaggery powder heaped.
- You need 1 of Green chilli finely chopped.
- It's 10 strands of Kesar.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Oregano.

- Boil pasta in water with 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt until tender.Drain and wash them in cool water..
- Soak Kesar in hot milk for half an hour..
- Take curd and mix boiled pasta and keep it for 4 hours as it is.That way pasta will get marinated and curd will become little sour..
- Chop apple very fine. Mix chopped apple,pomegranate seeds,jaggery and cream into Pasta content with fork until everything is coated..
- Mix green chillies and Kesar milk..
- Toss very well.Place pasta bowl into fridge..
- Serve in Indian kulhad. Sprinkle oregano..
