  1. Take tapioca peel and wash and make bite size pieces and boil it till 3/4 th done with salt and turmeric. Take a cooker add in the cleaned and washed beef pieces, sliced onions, ginger garlic, curry leaves, vinegar and masalas and 1/4 glass water and cook till done for 4 to 5 whistles..
  2. Once the beef is cooked add in the tapioca and give 1 whistle to mix well.(u can cook it in open vessel,but I gave a whistle).
  3. Take a big vessel and add in the ghee and fry shallots and curry leaves and when it gets golden add in the garam masala and red chilli per according to taste and mix well. Add the cooked beef and tapioca and mix well and cook for another 5 mins till it's well mixed..
  4. When done serve and enjoy.
