- Cut tapioca (Kappa) into small pieces & cook with turmeric powder, salt & water. Cook it until it becomes soft. Drain the water completely & keep it aside..
- Heat a pan and add oil, 1 sliced onion, 2 green chillies, curry leaves & little salt. Saute it well. Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute it. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, biriyani masala & saute well. Now add 1 chopped tomato & saute well..
- Now add chopped beans, carrot (1) and mix well. Add little water & cook till it becomes soft. Now add cooked tapioca & mix well. Add salt if necessary..
