- It's 1 cup of milkmaid.
- It's 1 cup of paneer.
- It's 1/4 tsp of cardamom.

Kesar kalakand instructions
- Mash paneer coarsely add milk powder add milkmaid..

- Stir continuously and cook for 10 mins to 20 mins till thick, add saffron and cardamom powder..
- Take a mould and add kalakand in it..
- Remove mould carefully and garnish with pista almond and saffron stings.

These are cooked over a low flame till thickened into a soft, sticky fudge. That doesn't mean that you cannot dress up your kalakand.
