  1. This is the most richest Halwa ever made with Milk and Ghee. In this particular one, which is milky white, lots of milk is used. This is my grandmom's way of making it..
  2. Roast it well in a non stick kadai with generous amount of desi Ghee. It takes about 12 minutes on a low heat. Keep stirring it at regular intervals and do not leave it unattended at any time. After done, add Sugar and milk both. Let it cook on a low heat with a lid on. Add crushed Cardamom and slivered Dry fruits and nuts. Also add Saffron strands. Mix well. Serve hot or cold as preferred by your families..
