- You need 2 cup of Raw Mango (Deskinned and sliced).
- It's 2 Cup of Organic Jaggery.
- Prepare 3 Tbsp of Grated Coconut.
- Prepare 1/2 Tbsp of Ghee.
- It's 1 pinch of Turmeric Powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- Pressure cook the mango slices with turmeric and a cup of water for two whistles..
- Heat half a tbsp of ghee in a pan, add the grated coconut and saute for few seconds..
- Add the cooked mango, powdered jaggery, salt and mix..
