- Clean the fish fillet well with water..

- Heat pan add oil and spread it, I have used coconut oil(which is generally used in Goa for fish frying) but Ull can use any other oil but avoid mustard oil..
- Place the fish on pan and shallow fry on low flame for 10 min, slowly flip the other side of fish and repeat the process,it’s done when u notice crisp coat of semolina and colour changed to brown..
