  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  1. Mash matar with hands and cut very small pieces of mushrooms..
  2. Now add half of the dry masalas,ginger,chilli and onion and salt in the matar.
  3. Sauté chopped mushrooms in 1 tsp oil and add half of dry masalas,onion,ginger and chilli and salt.
  4. Roll three thin chapattis with the rolling pin place 1 chapati add mashed matar on it.
  5. Place another chapati on it add mushroom masala on the second chapati.
  6. At last cover it with 3rd chatpati.
  7. Cut it from the center and fold upwards and decorate with some mushrooms.
  8. Now keep it in the preheated pan brush up with the oil properly and cover it with the lid..
