- You need 600 ml of milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of milk.
- Prepare 2 of ice apple (chopped).
- Prepare 10-12 strands of saffron.
- Prepare 1 tsp of pistachios.
- It's 1.5 tsp of tuttifutti.
- It's 2-3 tsp of sugar or as per your taste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

- Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp of milk for sometime..
- Boil the milk for sometime till they become thick by stirring occasionally and when they become less than half then add the sugar and saffron milk in it..
- Allow it to boil for sometime and then add chopped pistachios in it..
- Again stir it and then add chopped ice apple and tutti futti in it..
- Now add cardamom powder, mix it well and switch off the flame and your ice apple rabdi is now ready..
- Keep it in refrigerator for sometime and serve it in chill condition by garnishing some saffron strand and pistachios in it..
