- Heat oil in a pan,add asafoetida and tomato and saute for one mins..
- Now add green chilli,ginger,green garlic leaves and saute for few mins..
- Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and water and mix well.
- Add finely chopped methi leaves,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well..
- Cook for few mins and turn off the flame..

- Divide the dough into a ball and roll out paratha..
- Grease some clarified butter and fold in a round shape and again roll it.
