  1. Put butter in a non stick pan and roast vermicelli on a medium flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep on stirring. Add 2 spoons water.
  2. On low flame add condensed milk into it mix well everything should combined properly..
  3. Now take the silicon mould and spread the vermicelli mixture into the cup and press it lightly with the help of spoon and spread around and give the shape of cup Vermicelli mixture should be warm..
  4. Now keep the cup in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After 2 hours take out the vermicelli cup from the silicon mould and filled the Kesar pista shrikhand into the vermicelli cup.and garnish with some chopped pista and saffron.
  5. Vermicelli cup with Kesar pista Shrikhand is ready. Serve chilled.
