- Take whipping cream in bowl whip it until you get stiff peak.
- Take bowl add fresh cream and chopped chocolate microwave for 30 seconds mix it if there any chunks again microwave for 30 seconds mix it keep aside for cool now mix whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
- In chocolate mousse add rose jam fill cream in piping bag.
- Take short glasses layer Gulab Jamun with the piping bag fill cream on it fully cover it top with gulabjamun and sprinkles.
