- Take a pan and put desi ghee in it and heat it..
- Put besan and milk roast it till it changes it's colour to dark brown..
- Take another pan and put sugar and water in it and heat it. Till it becomes chaashni(syrup)..
- Mix chaashni in besan and put chopped dry fruits in it..
- Rest it to be cool and after it becomes cool cut it in to as needed pieces and decorate it with chandi vark..
- Now besan barfi is ready to serve..
