- Keep milk for boiling in heavy bottom pan..
- Add cardamom powder..
- Once the milk start to boiling reduce the flam..
- Keep stirring on low flam till milk reduce to 1/4 of it's original quantity..
- Add lemon juice in a bowl add 1 teaspoon of water and mix well..
- Add lemon juice in to the milk..
- Milk start to curdling..
- Now Add sugar and keep stirring till the milk thickens and golden brown in colour. Now add clarified butter..
- Line a tin with foil papper..
- Transfer the mixture in the tin..
- Spread evenly and let the mixture set for 3 to 4 hours..
- Put the unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater untill the cream reaches stiff peaks..
- Now add vanilla essence and powder sugar and mix well..
- Demould the milk cake..
- Spread the icing on the cake.decorate with colourful icing..
