  1. Firstly take a strainer, Wash poha 1-2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer.keep aside..
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when they start splutter, add onion saute until onion turns translucent. add green chillies, peas, curry leaves, peanuts saute for few seconds..

  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add lemon juice, grated beetroot and finally chopped coriander leaves, Saute for 2 minutes switch off the flame..
