- In a pan add desi ghee and after heating up add sooji and roast it untill it changes it's colour or gives nice aroma..
- On the other side keep a pan on the flame by adding 400 ml. Of water and add sugar in it..allow it to boil.in that add pinch of orange food colour also..and mix well..
- After roasted the rawa properly add this boiled water in that and stir it continuesly..Add cardamom powder also..soon it will be little thick in consistency and will start leave ur pan...
- Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down completely...
- After that put 2 drops of desi ghee upon your both the palms and start making Laddoos out of it...
- Then decorate them with silver vark..And it's ready to serve...
