Sooji ka halwa instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan and some garam masala to it.
- Now add the sooji and fry it till it turns slight brown.
- On the other side make a syrup with the sugar and water.
- Now add the syrup into the sooji and stir well.
- Add a pinch of food colouring to give a beautiful golden yellow colour to it and stir again till it cooks completely and becomes non sticky.
- Now add ghee for additional taste and flavour.
- Garnish the halwa with dry fruits and serve hot.
