Ingredients of Til Laddu
- It's 100 grams of til(sesame seeds).
- You need 100 grams of jaggery(gur/gud).
- You need 1/2 tablespoon of ghee.
- It's 2 tablespoon of water.
Til Laddu step by step
- Heat a pan or kadai.Add 100 grams til (sesame seeds).
- Dry roast it for 5_6minutes on low flame.Keep stirring.once til(sesame seeds) will be roasted,the colour will change and it will start cracks.take it out or keep aside..
- Heat a pan or kadai.Add 1/2 tablespoon ghee..
- Now add 100 grams jaggery and add 2 tablespoon of water..
- In starting you can keep flame high.Once starts bubbles then keep flame low.Keep stirring..
- To check syrup(chasni) is ready or not.Take some water in a bowl.Drop few drops of sryup in the water if it get little bit hard it means syrup(chasni) is ready..
- Switch off the flame.Now add little roasted til(sesame seeds) and mix it well..
- Keep the mixture a like as shown in the picture..
- Apply some ghee or oil to the palms.take little mixture and make a ladoo.
- Similarly prepare rest of ladoos from the mixture..
- Our Delicious til ladoos are ready.
