Ingredients of Gobi Paratha
- It's 200 gm of Cauliflower.
- Prepare 100 gm of Potatoes (boiled).
- It's 1 of medium size onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of Haldi(Turmeric powder).
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Ajwain(carom seeds).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Jeera(cumin powder).
- You need 1/2 tsp of chaat masala powder.
- You need 1/2 Cup of coriander leaves.
- You need 1/2 tsp of kesturi methi.
- Prepare as needed of Oil/ ghee.
- Prepare 250 gm of Aata(wheat flour).
Gobi Paratha step by step
- Firstly wash and drain Cauliflower in a hot water and grate,it and take out extra water by squeezing,thn mash the boil Potatoes, cut the onion in a very small pieces.
- Than in a big bowl mix all ingredients of Gobi, mashed potatoes,grated onion,put spices,salt, corrriander leaves, garlic leaves, kesturi methi,.
- In a big thal,put Aata,mix little haldi, Red chilli powder and salt and put oil/ghee,make thick dough and keep aside for 5mins,than make Paratha by putting mixture of Gobi masala and put in Tawa,fry both sides by putting Oil/ghee, lastly serve with green chutney and Curd(dahi).
