Ingredients of Sabudana Kheer
- It's 1 litre of Milk, boiled.
- You need 1/2 cup of sabudana pearls, soaked.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of dryfruits, almond, cashews, Raisins.
- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
Sabudana Kheer instructions
- Rinse sabudana pearls in running water and soak sabudana in water for 2 hours..
- Boil milk in a pan. Add soaked sabudana and simmer boil stirring in between till the sabudana pearls appear to be transparent. (It takes 12-15 minutes approximately)..
- Then add sugar and cardamom powder & dryfruits mix well..
- Keep covered for 10-15 minutes and serve garnished with dryfruits and Serve hot or chilled..
