- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3-4 of Tomatoes finely chopped.

- You need 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves.
- Prepare 2-3 of Raw Mango Seeds or Kernels.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- It's 5-6 bunches of Purslane Leaves.

- Wash and soak the dal for an hour. In a pressure cooker, heat Oil, add the Onions first followed by the ginger garlic paste. Saute for a while and then add all the masalas/spices along with Mutton bone-in. Saute for a few minutes on a medium high heat. - Next is to add the tomatoes. Cover and allow to simmer. Saute for a while until soft and cooked. Now add 2 cups of water along with the soaked dal and pressure cook on high for 8 whistles..
