  6. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. It's 4 cups of Bread crumbs.
  8. You need 1 bunch of Coriander chopped.
  9. Prepare 4 tbsp of All purpose flour.
  10. It's 2 cups of Oil.
  11. It's 2 of Eggs.

Fish Cutlet instructions

  1. Boil the fish and take out the bones. I have used bhetki fish..
  2. Add boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs, chopped coriander, salt and one egg..
  3. Mix it well. Now make small balls flatten them and roll into the all purpose flour and then dip it in the egg and again roll it in bread crumbs..
  4. Keep it in fridge for half an hour..
  5. Deep fry in medium flame. Fry till turns golden brown..
  6. Serve with mustard sauce..
