- Boil the fish and take out the bones. I have used bhetki fish..
- Add boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs, chopped coriander, salt and one egg..
- Mix it well. Now make small balls flatten them and roll into the all purpose flour and then dip it in the egg and again roll it in bread crumbs..
- Keep it in fridge for half an hour..
- Deep fry in medium flame. Fry till turns golden brown..
- Serve with mustard sauce..
